There is a ferry service that connects Marina Botafoc with Ibiza Town, a pleasant and not expensive way to travel in busy summer months. Ibiza Beach building is situated on the same road as discotheque Pacha, about 150 meters after passing 5 star Gran Hotel, Casino and hotel Pacha. Close to everything of importance, yet quiet and tranquil. To reserve it, we require 50% of the rent to be paid by bank transfer or Pay Pal. Remaining rent balance is payable one month prior to arrival by bank transfer, or on arrival in euros cash. Security deposit of 500 euros (or equivalent in different currency) is payable on arrival in cash, to be paid back in full on departure, providing that nothing has been damaged in the property.
