We will shortlist all property sources, such as private owners, developers and estate agents and we would organise your accommodation (at your expense, to suit your budget and requirement) while in Ibiza on your buying trip.   We would accompany you to all viewing appointments in our comfortable cars, during your appointments we will translate from Spanish to English and vice versa, if necessary, as many people here, including the estate agents, do not have a good command of English language.  We would use our considerable negotiation skills and experience in dealing with the local sellers to obtain the best possible price for the property you wish to buy.  We would advise you of all extra costs normally occurring while purchasing a property in Spain, such is a stamp duty, registration fees, administration and whatever else might apply We would monitor your purchase through to completion We would like to become your Ibiza's main contact for all property matters, we'd like you to be happy with our service, to recommend us to your family and friends.
