Ibiza Sales and Rentals offer a full  management of your property. Our package is designed with upmost care to ensure that your property is safe and in good condition in years to come.

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR SERVICE

We will be your contact in Ibiza, contactable through telephone during office hours and by e mail at all times.

We will visit your property TWICE a month throughout the year.

We will be your official KEY HOLDER

We will check the following on our visit or after any guests leave your property:

 

* Check all internal areas of property

*Check exterior of the property including terraces and gardens (if any)

*Check lighting and replace bulbs if necessary, at your cost

*Check plumbing and organise relevant technicians to repair whatever needed, at your cost

*Check electrical appliances and equippent, call relevant technicians if there is a problem, repair at your cost

*Check furniture and furnishings for wear and tear

*Collect mail, hold in a safe place or forward to your home address at your cost

*Check for pests and vermin and recommend remedial procedure, at your cost

*Water all house and terrace plants

* Air all room

* Check the airconditioning/heating and notify relevant technicians if there is a problem, repair at your cost.

 

We will hold a property LOG BOOK to record our visits.

We will inform you of any problems in your property and call a technician to repair it.

We will provide a photographic evidence of work if required.

For new properties, we offer a complete service of furnishing the property, to include all kitchen machines as well as TV,DVD, I pod, Stereo etc.

To supply all furniture, soft furnishing, bed linen, curtains, blinds and fittings and furniture for the terrace or garden-at your cost.
We charge 10% of all items bought for our time spent in choosing, ordering, translating from english to spanish, for waiting for deliveries of said items and making sure that all is correct and without a fault.

We supply and fit decorative items for your property, such as paintings, mirrors, dry flowers, ornaments-at your cost. We charge 10% of the total cost or supplying and fixing them to place.

We supply garden/terrace plants, furniture and effects-at your cost, we charge 10% of the total cost.

We can put you in touch with solicitors, administrators, banks,official translators and any such person or institution-for our contact and time spent, our charge is 100 euros.
