Having bought, sold and refurbished numerous properties on the island since moving from London to Ibiza
in 1999, we've experienced how difficult and frustrating it be to look, find and hopefully buy
a property in Ibiza. We became aware just how different the approach to buying and selling a property
is here to what we've been accustomed to in the UK, such as different working hours, the mentality of
cosmopolitan Ibiza, the language barrier, administration and property law.

Not to mention the time one would spend looking at various agencies and trying to make appointments
not knowing that what you see is what you get, not knowing that what looks very nice and romantic in
the winter, might be an absolute horror in the summer……and time is money!

We have a wealth of experience in the London property market and have successfully run an estate agency
in Knightsbridge for 10 years. We decided to use and apply our knowledge, expertise (and common sense!)
to create a company that would serve the needs of people who want to buy property in Ibiza but would also
like the guidance, friendly and professional assistance buyers don’t get with other agencies.

Furthermore, while living in Ibiza permanently for the last nine years, we have accumulated some amazing
contacts in Ibiza's property world. Due to our experience and knowledge of the island, we are able to
recognise a good and sound investment and know what to avoid at all costs.

We have inside knowledge of the local market and what is currently available, and we have time and
willingness to work with our clients on a one to one basis, to provide them with excellent service.

Very often we come across properties that are not on the open market for seller's personal reasons,
therefore we could acquire that special property before anyone else does.

We have special interests in certain parts of the island, such as Paseo Maritimo and
Marina Botafoc, Talamanca, Ibiza Town, Playa Den Bossa, Santa Eulalia and
Roca Llisa (near Golf course) but would search other parts of Ibiza, if requested.
