Ibiza Beach is a residential block of flats, situated close to Marina Botafoc, a luxury harbour with many good restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops. Talamanca beach, the closest beach to Ibiza Town and one of the trendiest, is short walking distance. Ibiza Town is 10-15 minutes on foot, a short drive of few minutes. There is a ferry service that connects Marina Botafoc with Ibiza Town, a pleasant and not expensive way to travel in busy summer months. Ibiza Beach building is situated on the same road as discotheque Pacha, about 150 meters after passing 5 star Gran Hotel, Casino and hotel Pacha. Close to everything of importance, yet quiet and tranquil.
