RESERVATION:
50% of the total rent is payable by bank transfer in order to secure the property.
Remaining 50% is payable one month prior to arrival by bank transfers, or on arrival in euro's cash.

Security deposit of 1000 Euros (or equivalent in sterling/dollars) is required, payable on arrival in cash, to be paid back to you in full on departure, providing that nothing has been damaged in the property.

There is a charge of 50 euro's for CHECK IN during unsociable hours.

We expect all our tenants to behave in tenant like manner, to observe noise level and not to disturb other people living in this residential street all year.

Location of the Townhouse is fantastic, as it is situated one minute walk to Marina Botafoc, a luxury yacht harbour with it's numerous restaurants, bars, cafes and designer boutiques.
Talamanca beach, one of the trendiest on the island is just couple of minutes walking distance.
World famous discoteques Pacha and El Divino are short walk away.

There is a small ferry service offering the best way to explore this magical island-sailing from Marina Botafoc to various parts of Ibiza.
Everything of interest is walking distance, yet...the house is located in a residential street off the main roads, therefore very quiet and tranquil.
The promenade of Paseo Maritimo offers a pleasant walk connecting Marina Botafoc to Ibiza Town.
