To reserve it, we require 50% of the rent to be paid by bank transfer, remaining 50% rent balance is payable one month prior to arrival by bank transfer.
Security deposit of 800 euro's (or equivalent in sterling) is payable on arrival in cash, to be paid back to you in full on departure, providing that nothing has been damaged in the property.

Please note this is a residential block of flats, we expect all our guests to behave in tenant like manner, to observe noise level.
