This is a modern flat furnished to a high standard with marble flooring throughout. Flat consists of a living room with dining area for 4 with direct access to a large terrace of 25m2 with table and chairs.

Master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and fitted cherry wood wardrobes. It also has an en suite bathroom and access to the terrace via sliding doors.
Second bedroom is arranged as twin with fitted cherry wood wardrobes.
Both bathrooms are modern and stylish, fully tiled, en suite bathroom has a bath, second is a modern shower room.

Kitchen is well equipped with stylish kitchen cabinets and high quality kitchen appliances, mostly Smegg.
There is a washing machine, dryer, electric hob/oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dish washer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, and a good supply of plates, glasses and cooking utensils.

Flat is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.

Discothèques Pacha, El Divino and Keeper are close by, so is the 5 star Gran Hotel with Casino, Spa and restaurants/bars.
Well known hotels Ocean Drive, El Corso, Argos and hotel Pacha are just few minutes walking distance.

To reserve it, we require 50% of the rent to be paid by bank transfer, remaining 50% rent balance is payable one month prior to arrival by bank transfer.

Security deposit of 1000 euro's (or equivalent in sterling) is payable on arrival in cash, to be paid back to you in full on departure, providing that nothing has been damaged in the property.

There is an additional charge of 50 euro's for check in during unsociable hours.

Please note this is a residential block of flats, we expect all our guests to behave in tenant like manner, to observe noise level.
