RESERVATION:
50% of the total rent is payable by bank transfer in order to secure the property.
Remaining 50% is payable one month prior to arrival by bank transfers, or on arrival in euro's cash.

Security deposit of 1000 Euros (or equivalent in sterling/dollars) is required, payable on arrival in cash, to be paid back to you in full on departure, providing that nothing has been damaged in the property.

There is a charge of 50 euro's for CHECK IN during unsociable hours.

We expect all our tenants to behave in tenant like manner, to observe noise level and not to disturb other people living in this residential street all year.
