To reserve this apartment, we require 50% of the rent to be paid by bank transfer. Remaining 50% is payable one month prior to arrival.
Security deposit of 800 euro's (or equivalent in sterling) is payable on arrival in cash, to be paid back to you in full on departure, providing that nothing has been damaged in the property.
