The building "Ibiza Nueva" is considered one of the best on the island, situated in a prestigious area of Paseo Maritimo, just few minutes on foot from famous harbour-Marina Botafoc and it's numerous restaurants, bars, boutiques as well as discothèques Pacha, El Divino, Keeper.

The new 5 star Gran hotel with Casino and Spa, as well as trendy Ocean Drive hotel, Pacha hotel, El Corso and Argos are all within 3-5 minutes walk.
Talamanca beach, one of the trendiest and closest to Ibiza Town is a few minutes walking distance.


To reserve it, we require 50% of the rent to be paid by bank transfer, remaining 50% rent balance is payable one month prior to arrival by bank transfer.
Security deposit of 1000 euro's (or equivalent in sterling) is payable on arrival in cash, to be paid back to you in full on departure, providing that nothing has been damaged in the property.
